Our Background

Saluda Properties has managed rental housing near the University of South Carolina for 30 years. Today, that team manages roughly 65 units and 135 beds across Columbia and Charleston, SC.

Our team's backgrounds span 25 years in banking and a career in operations leadership at the director level for a Fortune 500 company, experience we bring directly to how this business is run.

This portal is how we report to investors in our real-estate projects, giving you direct access to project information, documents, and performance figures for anything you're invested in.

What This Portal Is For

Each project has its own page here. Publicly, that page carries the project's location, its type, and a description of the work. Authorized users can sign in to review project information and documents made available through the portal.

Projects stay listed under Active Projects while they are in progress. When a project closes out it moves to Previous Projects, where its record remains available rather than being removed.

How Access Works

Portal accounts are issued by invitation. There is no public sign-up. Every account sets its own password and enrolls in two-factor authentication before it can be used, and two-factor verification is required at every sign-in without exception.

Registered users can browse every active project and use the what-if calculator on it. On a project you hold a position in, you also see your own reported figures, a calculator locked to your actual terms, and that project's documents. Documents belong to the projects you have invested in, and are not shown on projects you haven't. Sessions end automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity.
